Forimo is a research and discovery tool.

Forimo uses public archival and genealogical sources where possible to create research dossiers for human review.

Dossiers are research outputs, not legal proof. Forimo does not provide legal advice or confirm formal status.

User input is minimized. The app may process names, family details, regions, archive references, and search context only to support lineage and origin discovery.

Users remain in control of their input. No permanent server storage of dossiers is implemented in this MVP unless explicitly added later.

Do not submit sensitive identity documents. No raw official identity documents are required in this MVP.

OAuth providers may require user consent before data access. FamilySearch and Genealogie Online/Coret access will only be activated after the appropriate developer credentials and consent flow are approved.
